By using LEXGOO Website or Services, you as a website user or as our client (hereinafter - Client) confirm your consent with this Policy provisions and you confirm that you have read and understood all the terms of this Policy.

We process your Personal Data per this Privacy and Cookies Policy and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and in compliance with the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter - Regulation).

This Policy describes how we process your personal data at LEXGOO in connection with activities related to:

We process Client personal data for a reasonable time, which depends on the specific circumstances and the type of data processed.
We strive to make it clear what Personal Data we collect and how we use and otherwise process it, also to what extent this data might be processed in the future. For this reason, we provide information in advance about your rights that you may wish to exercise.
Purpose Limitation
We collect and process Client Personal Data only for specified and clearly defined and lawful purposes.
Data Minimization
We collect and process only adequate, relevant, and only such Personal Data as is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.

4. Objectives, Means, and Duration of Data Processing
4.1. News, Publications, and Targeted Marketing
LEXGOO will collect, process, and use the information you provide to send you news and insights about the scope of our services, newsletters, and publications prepared by our partners, employees, and related third parties, about any planned events that may interest you and to offer our Services.
We may use your name, surname, position, e-mail, any phone numbers, addresses, and other information you provide that may be used for information and direct marketing purposes.
Legal basis – Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a) of the Regulation – we will only collect and process your personal data for the purposes with your consent and will use it until you withdraw your consent.
4.2. Request Management
We will use the information and Personal Data you provide to LEXGOO for the purpose of processing your data for the legitimate interest of LEXGOO to administer your requests and inquiries.
We may use your name, surname, position, e-mail, any phone numbers, addresses, and other information you provide in your inquiries by e-mail, mail, phone, Website forms, and social networks.
Legal basis – Article 6 Paragraph 1 (b) of the Regulation – we will collect, process, and use your personal data for this purpose until you have requested the deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten).
4.3. Provision of Legal and Business Consulting Services, Conclusion and Execution of Contracts
At LEXGOO, we collect, process, and use your – as a potential or existing Client – personal data, which is necessary for the provision of legal and business consulting services, concluding and executing contracts, including data collected on our initiative from state or municipal registers, private third party databases and information systems, and data provided by yourself or by third parties on your behalf.
We may use your name, surname, date of birth, personal identification number, individual activity number, VAT identification number, legal entity registration code, address, phone number, e-mail address, contracts, documents, video and audio material, procedural documents, financial statements, correspondence, and other information necessary for the conclusion and proper execution of contracts.
Legal basis – Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a), (b), (f) of the Regulation, the Civic Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the law on the Bar of the Republic of Lithuania – we will collect, process, and use the data in LEXGOO’s legitimate interest for the purpose of providing you with appropriate and high quality legal and business consulting services and to fulfill our contractual obligations. We collect, process, and use your Personal Data for this purpose as long as you use or intend to use our Services, however no longer than required by the law.
4.4. Cookies
We use cookies on the LEXGOO Website for the purpose of obtaining information about your use of the Website and for improving the experience of our Clients.
The cookies information does not include any data that would allow Website visitors to be identified as a specific individual person, however, it does allow to identify that you have visited the Website in the past, collects statistical information and your selected priorities, and overall helps the user to navigate the Website more conveniently.

At LEXGOO, we may use the Website and other communication channels listed therein to collect your applications for employment, traineeships and internships, and related information.
We will use the Personal Data you have provided to us with your application for the purpose of determining whether the information contained therein meets the needs of LEXGOO. We will protect the data received during the employment process in accordance with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
Legal basis – Article 6 Paragraph 1 (f) of the Regulation – we will collect, process, and use the data until you have requested to have your data deleted (the right to be forgotten), however in any case no longer than required by the applicable law.
5. Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
LEXGOO follows the following basis for personal data processing:
your consent (Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a) of the Regulation),
the contract for the provision of legal and business consulting services (Article 6 Paragraph 1 (b) of the Regulation),
Legal obligations entered by LEXGOO (Article 6 Paragraph 1 (c) of the Regulation),
LEXGOO’s legitimate interest in the provision of services and ensuring the quality of the services provided (Article 6 Paragraph 1 (f) of the Regulation).
6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
By providing LEXGOO services we may transfer your data to third parties who are our independent suppliers. For example, the servers used to provide the functionality of the Website and the hosting and administration services may be provided to us by independent suppliers, i.e. third parties who are data processors. In such a case, LEXGOO seeks to ensure that Personal Data transfer to such suppliers (data processors) is limited to the minimum necessary to ensure the functionality of the Website and that our service providers comply with all warranties and obligations under supply agreements as well as the Regulation, e.g. LEXGOO website uses Google Analytics which processes data according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
